CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Old Dominion rowing team is set to travel to Cambridge, Massachusetts to compete in the Head of the Charles from Oct. 20-21. The Head of the Charles is a two day event with 55 different races. There will be a live stream on the Rowing Channel.

ODU will be competing in the Women's Club 8+ at 2:29 p.m. on Saturday. 

The event began in October 1965 with just 100 boats and is now known as one of the toughest rowing regattas in the world. The Head of the Charles is on a three mile course which is alongside the Cambridge Boat Club. There will be 11,000 athletes competing at the Head of the Charles.
