> Senior wide receiver Jonathan Duhart had three catches for 150-yards and a pair of touchdowns against FIU. All three of his catches came in the first half, including a 63-yard reception and an 83-yard touchdown catch.

> Steven Williams and Blake LaRussa combined for 19-for-37 for 303-yards and two touchdowns. The most passing yards ODU had in 2017 was 240, also against FIU.

> A week after notching a career-high 11 tackles, linebacker Lawrence Garner susurpassed that with 16 tackles. The total is the fourth most in a single-game in ODU history.

> Senior defensive end Oshane Ximines had six tackles, three tackles for loss and two sacks. He also had two two forced fumbles, setting the school record with nine career forced fumbles.

> Charlotte is 1-1 on the year after a season-opening win over Fordham and a loss last week to Appalachian State, 45-9.

Duhart’s Big Moments
Jonathan Duhart’s 83-yard touchdown catch against FIU was the longest play of his career and the fifth longest completion in FBS so far this season.

Garner Making a Name
Sophomore linebacker Lawrence Garner started his second career game against FIU, notching a career-high 16 tackles, fourth most in a game in school history.

Garner’s 27 tackles rank fiftn in FBS, just three away from leader Joe Dineen of Kansas. Garner’s 11 tackles in the opener and 16 versus FIU were his first two career double-digit tackle games.

Setting Records
Junior punt returner Darrell Brown set the ODU career record for punt return yards with his 25-yard return in the fourth quarter. Brown’s 13.3 yard average is second in C-USA

Harper Still Got it
Isaiah Harper has taken over where he left off last season as one of the top kick returners in the country. He returned a kick 51-yards in the loss to FIU and has a 29.2 yard kick return average through two games, 11th in FBS.
