KENNESAW, Ga. – The Old Dominion (5-9, 2-2 ASUN) lacrosse team fell to Kennesaw State (5-9, 1-1 ASUN) by a 15-6 score on Sunday afternoon. Glory Johnson found the back of the net twice; this is her second straight game with two or more goals.

The Owls got out to a four-goal lead before the Monarchs found the back of the net.

A Claire Porter goal with 18 minutes left to play in the first half cut the deficit to just three goals. The Owls scored three more before the Monarchs offense tallied another goal. Johnson scored the second ODU goal. 

KSU scored four unanswered goals before first half time expired. The Owls led 11-2 at the break.

After halftime, the Owls found the back of the net first before Sophia Richie tallied one for ODU.

A lightening delay was taken during the second half.

Lindsay Baer tallied a goal right after the delay to bring the Owl lead to just 12-4.

The Owls notched three-straight goals before ODU scored. 

Cydney Tutchton found the back of the net for ODU on a man-up opportunity.

On another man-up opportunity, Johnson notched a goal on her free position attempt; she was also the final player to score in the contest.

Lauren Ey tallied eight saves and MC Markey notched one. Katie Miller, Alyssa Sebesto, and Richie tallied three ground balls.
