NORFOLK, Va. - The No. 44 Old Dominion women’s tennis team blanked Conference USA foe North Texas (7-10) by a 4-0 score on Sunday afternoon at the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center. With the victory, ODU improves to 16-4 on the season.
The Monarchs have won eight of their last nine matches, outscoring opponents 51-6 during the stretch. ODU has now outscored opponents 25-0 over the past four matches.
Old Dominion will return to action on Friday, April 13, when the Monarchs host William & Mary for a 4:00 p.m. start. The match against the Tribe will also mark Senior Day for ODU.
