NORFOLK, Va. -- The Old Dominion women's golf team heads to South Carolina for the Briar's Creek Invitational this week at The Golf Club at Briar's Creek.
The tournament begins on Monday with 36 holes and then concludes on Tuesday with 18 holes. Live scoring will be available on GolfStat.
The Monarchs are coming off of a tournament win at the UNF Collegiate two weeks ago. ODU dominated the event, finishing 19 strokes ahead of the second-place team.
The Briar's Creek Invitational features four top-50 teams in No. 23 Illinois, No. 29 North Carolina, No. 37 East Carolina and No. 40 Campbell. The Monarchs are just outside the top 50 at No. 53. Individually, Maggie Simmermacher is ranked No. 76.
