NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion women’s soccer team turned in a 3.60 team GPA for the fall, while three student-athletes obtained a perfect 4.0 GPA, 19 players were named to the Dean’s List and 24 Soccer Monarchs earned a 3.0 GPA or higher.
“I am so proud of our players and what they achieved in the classroom,” said ODU head coach Angie Hind. “We made real strides this fall as a soccer team and had a very strong season competitively. It is a true testament to their dedication and ability that they can excel both on the field and in the classroom. To achieve an average GPA of 3.6 while balancing practice, travel and competing at the level we do in the C-USA is so impressive and they have truly shown themselves to be role models. This dedication and pride is driven by each of them as individuals which makes us even more proud as a staff.”
