IRVING, Texas -- Old Dominion guard Victoria Morris has been named the Conference USA Freshman of the Week for the second time this season, the league office announced on Tuesday.
In three games this past week, Morris averaged 12.7 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists for the Monarchs.
Against Oakland in the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic, Morris tied her season high with 20 points and drained five three-pointers, marking the third time this season the Cincinnati native has made five or more threes in a game. Morris also scored in double figures against Abilene Christian with 12 points and has now scored in double figures in all but two games thus far during her freshman campaign.
Morris was also named C-USA Freshman of the Week on Nov. 27.
