NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion women’s soccer team (7-3-4, 4-1-2 C-USA) will host No. 23 nationally ranked Rice (10-2-1, 7-0-0 C-USA) to the ODU Soccer Complex on Thursday, Oct. 19 at 7:00 p.m., before welcoming North Texas (10-2-2, 5-0-1 C-USA) on Sunday, Oct. 22 at 1:00 p.m. Thursday’s match will air live on beIN Connect (Online Only), while Sunday’s match can be seen on C-USA TV.

“We end the regular season with three home games, which is great, our kids are so excited to be home,” said ODU head coach Angie Hind. “Rice is flying, they a 7-0 in the conference and have a target on their back, but they have to come to our place and I think we are a different team at home. Rice is a real tough opponent, they are playing well right now, but our team is excited for the challenge.”
The Monarchs enter the week in third place in the Conference USA standings, while Rice sits alone in first place and North Texas sits alone in second place.
Old Dominion has lost just one match in their past 10 outings and are off to its best start ever in Conference USA play.
ODU is 4-1-0 when playing at home this season, Rice is 2-2-0 on the road and NT is 4-0-1 on the road.
Rice and North Texas are the only remaining unbeaten teams in conference play.
