NORFOLK, Va. – Due to wet conditions, pre-game tailgating activities at Kaufman Mall on Saturday have been moved inside Webb Center.
Webb Center will open at 2 p.m. for fans. All tailgating lots will be open at the regularly scheduled time of 2 p.m.
