NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University Football practiced for the seventh time in fall camp and began the second week of camp today at the L.R. Hill Sports Complex Practice fields.
The Monarchs completed their first scrimmage of camp on Sunday and were back in full pads this morning and completed 55 plays of team drills.
During the team drills, Blake LaRussa fired a 70-yard touchdown pass to Travis Fulgham. Daniel Appouh added a sack for the defense.
In the later session, Jordan Hoy completed a 12-yard touchdown pass to DeAndre Woods and a 65-yarder to Jake Herslow.
The Monarchs open the season at Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 2 against Albany at 6 p.m.
