IRVING, Texas - The 2017 C-USA Men's Tennis Championship bracket is officially set with No. 49 nationally ranked Old Dominion (17-5) earning the No. 2 seed and will take on No. 7 seed UAB (10-11) in the Quarterfinals on Friday, April 21 at 11:00 a.m. EST. Middle Tennessee will host the three-day single-elimination event at the Adams Tennis Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Friday will mark the first meeting between ODU and the Blazers this season. ODU ended the regular season claiming victory in nine of its last 11 matches. The winner of the C-USA Tournament receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
The C-USA Championship match will commence on Sunday, April 23 at 12 p.m. EST.
“After the Georgia State loss earlier this season, we talked about starting a winning streak before the postseason,” said ODU head coach Dominik Mueller. “We did that with three straight wins, two of them on the road. We are flying to Murefreesboro with confidence.”

Match 1: (2) Old Dominion vs. (7) UAB - 11 a.m.
Match 2: (3) Florida Atlantic vs. (6) Southern Miss - 11 a.m.
Match 3: (1) Rice vs. (8) UTSA - 3 p.m.
Match 4: (4) Middle Tennessee vs. (5) Charlotte - 3 p.m.
Semifinals - Saturday, April 22
Match 5: Match 1 winner vs. Match 2 winner - 1 p.m.
Match 6: Match 3 winner vs. Match 4 winner - 1 p.m.
Championship - Sunday, April 23
Match 7: Match 5 winner vs. Match 6 winner - 12 p.m.
