NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion men’s basketball team (7-4, 0-0 C-USA) will host William & Mary (5-5, 0-0 CAA) on Thursday, Dec. 29 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ted Constant Convocation Center. The Monarchs will look to win their third in a row on Thursday night, after not trailing in either of their past two games in which they only allowed 46 points in each contest.

Fans attending Thursday night’s game against William & Mary will have the opportunity to get their picture with the Popeyes Bahamas Bowl trophy that the Old Dominion football team recently won to cap off its historic 10-3 (7-1 C-USA) season and first ever bowl appearance and victory. The photo op will begin in the main lobby at 6:00 p.m. and will end at the start of the second half. 

Fans are encouraged to purchase their Popeyes Bahamas Bowl championship gear at the game from the University Village Bookstore kiosk, and wear it in their photos. The trophy photo op will be located next to the championship merchandise.

Old Dominion Senior Associate Athletic Director Ted Alexander will take care of the play-by-play duties, while ODU Hall of Famer and former NBA champion Dave Twardzik will handle color commentary. Ted and Dave’s live pregame show will begin at 6:30 p.m. EST.

-Thursday night marks the 88th meeting between ODU and W&M.
-ODU leads the all-time series 67-20.
-The Tribe have won four of the last five games.
-When the two schools met last season in Williamsburg, W&M won 55-48.

-The most points ODU has allowed in regulation this season is 67 (vs. VCU [RV]), the Monarchs allowed 68 to No. 10 Louisville in a game that went to overtime. Old Dominion's defense is nationally ranked No. 2 (ppg), only behind No. 10 Virginia. 
-In the past two(+) seasons, the Monarchs are 36-5 in the Ted.
-Zoran Talley is coming off a career high of 18 points, while Ahmad Caver dished out a career high nine assists (only had one turnover) in ODU’s most recent win against Howard.
-W&M is 5-0 at home so far this season, but 0-5 in road games.
