IRVING, TEXAS - Old Dominion University quarterback David Washington added another honor on Monday after his career day in ODU's 42-24 win at Florida Atantic, as he was named Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Washington completed 26-of-36 passes for a career-high 416 yards and five touchdown passes, and rushed four times for 21 yards for 437 yards of total offense. His touchdown passes went for distances of 1, 6, 23, 45 and 84 yards, the 84-yarder to Jeremy Cox is the Monarchs' longest play as an FBS program.
Washington Receives Multiple Honors
On Sunday, Washington was named the College Football Performance Awards National Performer of the Week.
