NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University diver Cory Moreno was named the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Diver of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Over the weekend against UNCW, Moreno won the 3-meter dive with a score of 317.40, less than three points from qualifying for the NCAA Zones. He took second in the 1-meter dive by less than a point, finishing with 260.70, while first place had 261.60.
Moreno and the Monarchs are back in action on Saturday, Nov. 5 at UMBC.
