CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Old Dominion women's golfer Maggie Simmermacher was named to the VaSID All-State Second Team, the organization announced on Friday.
The sophomore from Argentina was also a Second Team All-Conference USA selection after finishing 10th at the conference championship. Simmermacher, who also landed on the C-USA All-Academic Team, earned a pair of C-USA Golfer of the Week honors during the season after top-10 finishes at the Henssler Financial and the River Landing Classic.
Last year, Simmermacher landed on the VaSID All-State First Team, following a breakout freshman campaign.
