NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University Football held its third practice of the spring on Saturday and its first practice in shoulder pads.
Due to NCAA rules the first two practices of the spring are held in helmets only and the third practice shoulder pads are added.
The offense got on track in the beginning of team drills with Shuler Bentley connecting on a 30-yard pass to Kesean Strong and following that with a 45-yard touchdown pass to Gemonta Jackson.
The defense came back as Anthony Wilson picked up a tackle for loss and Oshane Ximines picked up a sack.
