NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion men’s basketball team (3-4) will put the country’s seventh longest home win-streak on the line Friday, December 4 at the Ted Constant Convocation Center against Delaware State (0-7). Tip-off is slated for 7:00 p.m. The Monarchs will also be looking to end a current four-game skid.

ODU’s last loss home loss was on Feb. 22, 2014 at the hands of LA Tech, 71-66.
For the season, Freeman is leading the way for the Monarchs averaging 16.6 ppg, 4.3 rpg and 2.6 apg. Bacote is averaging 13.6 points a contest, while Zoran Talley is netting 7.3 ppg. Nik Biberaj is chipping in 6.6 points per outing to go along with 4.7 boards. Denzell Taylor currently leads ODU with 40 rebounds (5.7 per game).
Old Dominion is averaging 63 points a game, while holding opponents to 59.1 points on 38.1% shooting from the floor and 24.8% from long-range. The Monarchs average 11.4 forced turnovers per contest.
Last time out for the Monarchs, Trey Freeman and Aaron Bacote each went for 14 points, but William & Mary’s Omar Prewitt scored 15 of his game-high 18 points in the second half to lead the Tribe (5-2) to a 55-48 victory over Old Dominion at Kaplan Arena on Tuesday night.
The game experienced a total of 10 ties and six lead changes, while the Monarchs held the Tribe to 0-15 from three point range, a William & Mary team which entered the contest shooting 41.3% from three and 47.1% last three games.
For the game, Old Dominion led for a total of 23:41, while William & Mary led for 6:10. The contest was tied for a total of 10:09. Zoran Talley paced the Monarchs on the boards with eight to go along with eight points.
