PARADISE ISLAND, Bahamas – The Old Dominion men’s basketball team will compete in the BATTLE 4 ATLANTIS with a loaded field consisting of: Michigan State, Louisville, Baylor, LSU, VCU, Wichita State and St. John’s next season over Thanksgiving break on Nov. 23-26, as announced by ESPN on Wednesday.
ODU opens up tournament play against Louisville on Nov. 23 at 9:30 p.m. ET on AXS TV.

Internationally owned and operated, the Battle 4 Atlantis is a prestigious preseason college basketball tournament that takes place in late November of each year at Atlantis Paradise Island on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas on the week of Thanksgiving. The games are played in the Imperial Arena, a grand ballroom, which is turned into a basketball venue.
Atlantis is transformed into a 4,000 seat arena, where you can cheer on your Monarchs as they compete against some of the nation’s most prestigious programs.
The tournament is televised on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU.
2015 Battle 4 Atlantis participants included: Syracuse, UCONN, Michigan, Texas, Gonzaga, Washington, Texas A&M and Charlotte.
