NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University football hosts UTEP on Saturday, Nov. 14 at noon. The contest will be broadcast on the Fox Sports Network. The game will be broadcast locally on Cox by MASN2.

• David Washington passed for a career-high 378 yards and two touchdowns in the 36-31 victory at UTSA. He also rushed for 69 yards.

• Sophomore running back Ray Lawry rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns to become the first ODU running back to reach 1,000 yards in a single-season.

• Wide receivers Zach Pascal and Jonathan Duhart became the first receiving tandem to have 100 receiving yards in the same game since Pascal and Antonio Vaughan did it last season in the fifth game of the year against Middle Tennessee.

• Pascal was one catch off his career high with 10 for 146 yards.

• Jonathan Duhart recorded career-bests with eight receptions for 160 yards and notched his second-straight game with two touchdown catches. Duhart had one touchdown in his first 19 career games and now four the last two games.

• Senior linebacker Martez Simpson has come on strong late in the season recording 25 tackles in the last three games, including a career-high tying 11 in last week’s win at UTSA and also recorded a sack.

• Junior linebacker TJ Ricks notched 10 tackles and half a sack. He leads Conference USA with 10.4 tackles per game and tied for 13th in the FBS.

• Old Dominion is 18-2 all-time in November, including 3-1 each of the last two seasons. The only two losses were at UNC in 2013 and at Vanderbilt last season.

• The Monarchs are 34-12 all-time at home, all 46 home contests have been sold out.  

• The Monarchs are 47-9 all-time when scoring 30 or more points and 9-16 when scoring less than 30.

Linebackers Reign
TJ Ricks notched 10 tackles and half a sack in the win at UTSA. Ricks leads Conference USA  and is tied for 13th with 10.4 tackles per game.

TJ Ricks broke Craig Wilkins’ single-game tackles record with 18 tackles in the win over Charlotte. Ricks added two tackles for loss, a forced fumble and fumble recovery.

Ricks is 17 tackles shy of Craig Wilkins single-season record of 111 set in 2011 and just two shy of passing Fellonte Misher for second place.

Simpson Playing Big
Martez Simpson had an ODU high and tied his career-best with 11 tackles and a sack in the Monarchs’ win at UTSA.

Simpson has 25 tackles three tackles for loss and two sacks in the last three games.
