NORFOLK, Va. - For the first time since last Friday Old Dominion University football practice in shorts, shoulder pads and helmets on Thursday morning.
Easing back just a bit, the Monarchs continued to focus on special teams, focusing on the kickoff team, and continued preparation for the opener at Eastern Michigan on Sept. 5.
ODU will hold their annual Media Day tomorrow at Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium. The "Voice of the Monarchs" Ted Alexander and color commentator Andy Mashaw will host a live stream starting at 2 p.m. that can be seen at ODUSports.com. Alexander and Mashaw will discuss the upcoming season and interview head coach Bobby Wilder, Ray Lawry and many more.
