CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Five members of the Old Dominion University Sailing team earned academic honors from the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA), the ICSA announced on Friday.

Cady Johnson, Andrea Luna, Grace Mason, Jacob Spracher and Colin Voigt earned the honor for the Monarchs. Luna, Spracher and Voigt earned the honor for the second time in their careers.

“We have opened it up to recognize the many outstanding students in college sailing,” says Mitch Brindley, President of the ICSA and ODU Head Coach said. The honorees must be a Junior or Senior, have at least a 3.3 cumulative GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale, and be a starter or key reserve in at least seven university sponsored regattas.
