NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion head men’s basketball coach Jeff Jones has announced guard Keenan Palmore’s decision to transfer. A native of Stone Mountain, Ga., Palmore recently completed his junior season.
“I would like to thank Keenan for all of his hard work and dedication to this team and University,” said Coach Jones. “He is an outstanding young man and Monarch Nation will definitely miss him.”
Palmore averaged 2.6 points and 1.5 rebounds per game this year, playing in all 35 games. He scored 11 points with nine rebounds in ODU's NIT win over Illinois State. He also scored nine points in the victory against LSU. For his career, Palmore appeared in 100 games, averaging 6.9 points per game and 3.2 boards per contest.
