NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University sailed capped off a good week of sailing with a first place finish at the NCU Women's Regatta and a third place a the Barque Eagle Team Race.
At CNU, the Division A team of Sarah Streater and Anne Van Der Sangen cruised to a first place finish with five race wins and two more second place finishes. The Division B squad of Grace Mason and Jocelyn Rovniak won their division with two race wins and three more second place spots.
At the Barque Team Race, the Monarchs finished third with a 9-5 race record. The team consisted of Ethan Lounsbury, Jeremy Herrin, Joseph David, Augie Dale, Kaylie Gallagher, Carter Little and Colin Voigt. ODU won its first three races of the day and also defeated the eventual winner, Roger Williams.
