ODU Hosts No. 23 Virginia At Harbor Park Tuesday

NORFOLK, VA— The ODU Monarchs (20-23) hosts No. 23 (USA TODAY Coaches Poll) Virginia Cavaliers (27-17), last year’s NCAA runners-up Tuesday night at Harbor Park. Game time is 7 p.m. Tickets are $7.00 at Harbor Park. At the conclusion of the contest there will be a fireworks display.

Listed to the game live on STAR1310 AM with Ted Alexander providing the play-by-play along with Doug Ripley.  Fans can sign up for the audio stream on the ODU website (odusports.com) for $9.95 per month.

ODU VS. Virginia Series
ODU leads 31-26-2. Last year, the two schools split with top-ranked Virginia winning in Charlottesville, 7-1 and the Monarchs taking the game at Norfolk’s Harbor Park, 8-1 which snapped a four-game losing streak to UVa. ODU has beaten the Cavaliers two straight, including a 14-5 decision on March 11 in Charlottesville when Virginia was ranked number one nationally.
