WILMINGTON, NC—ODU senior Jamison Randall (75-72-77=224) of Cumberland, R.I. and freshman Pedro Junqueira (79-69-76=224) from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil finished tied for 14th at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Intercollegiate. As a team, the Monarchs finished sixth in the tournament played at the Country Club of Landfall – Nicklaus Course.
Campbell captured the team title by five strokes over the University of Georgia. Randall finished the tournament in fifth in total pars with 35. Lee McCoy (216) of Georgia and Adam Ball (216) of VCU shared the individual title as there was no playoff.
ODU freshman Chad Hess (Orefield, PA.) shot 74 today which was the best ODU score of the day. ODU returns to action, April 13 and 14 in the Greenbrier Invitational at White Sulphur Springs, WV.
