GREENSBORO, N.C. – Old Dominion University diver Rachel Eckert will compete in the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships starting Thursday in Greensboro, N.C.
Eckert becomes the first ODU diver to qualify for the NCAA Championships after placing third in the 3-meter and sixth in the 1-meter at the NCAA Zones last week in Buffalo.
She holds ODU records in both the 1 and 3-meter dives and became the first C-USA diver not from Houston to win both the 1 and 3-meter dives in the same year.
