PALM DESERT, CA—ODU junior Seth Sweet (Madison, ME) fired a 75 in the final round to finishe the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate with a three-round score of 223, (70-78-75) tied for 38th.
TCU won the team championship with an 855 (289-283-283) by one stroke over Texas Tech (281-282-293=856). Individually, Clement Sordet of Texas Tech captured the medalist honors with a 205 (69-65-71), four strokes better than Paul Barjon of TCU.
ODU sophomore David Langley (Buckinghamshire, England) joined Sweet in shooting a 75 in today's final round. ODU returns to action, March 14-15 at the Mission Inn Intercollegiate at Howey-In-The-Hills, FL.
