IRVING, Texas - For the third time this season, Old Dominion University diver Rachel Eckert was named the Conference USA Diver of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday.
Eckert set a new school record and finished first on the 1 meter dive with another zone qualifying score of 308.7. She finished in third place on the 3 meter dive with a score of 259.15.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Eckert already holds records in both the 1 and 3 meter dive. Eckert and Rebecca Quesnel of FIU have each been named C-USA Diver of the Week three times this season.
