ODU leads the series, 35-21, including the 71-66 victory at the Constant Center last season. ODU has not beaten the Patriots in the Patriot Center since the 2006-07 season. ODU defeated George Mason, 66-56 in overtime. That year, the Monarchs got an at-large NCAA bid.
