Chapel Hill, N.C. – Old Dominion University swimming and diving capped a successful weekend at the Nike Cup on Saturday, highlighted with a pair of top-five finishes and a sixth place.
Reed Matthews finished fourth in the Men’s 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:46.21.
Yesim Giresunlu finished sixth overall in the Women’s 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:43.38 and seventh in 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:52.51.
Anton Mikaelsson took 12th in the Men’s 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:50.11.
Julia Vido placed ninth in the Women’s 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:17.35.
Vitor Sa finished fourth in the men’s 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:38.70.
Colleen VandePoel, Morgan Johnson, Sofie Sjoberg and Juliana dos Santos finished sixth in the women’s 200-yard free relay finals with a 1:34.84 mark.
Vitor Sa, Jacob Zeidler, Eddie Hubert and Graham Thatcher finished seventh in the men’s 200-yard freestyle with a mark of 1:22.98.
