PAWLEY'S ISLAND, SC--Lady Monarch Rachel Walker fired a 68 today and now has a 36 hole score of 143 to tie for second place at the Golfweek Program Challenge at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club. As a team, the Lady Monarchs are in fourth place.
Walker, who is tied for second with Taylor Totland of Furman is just two strokes behind Taylor Dodson of Gardner-Webb. Walker tallied five birdies on the rain soaked day. Joining her in the top 10 is freshman Katerina Vlasinova who shot 77 today for a two round score of 148 and a tie for ninth, seven strokes back. Charlotte Hindmoor and Lauren Eklund are tied for 27th with 152 scores.
Campbell (582) leads the tournament by two strokes over Furman (584). The final round is Tuesday.
