NORFOLK, VA-- The Chris Finwood Baseball Camps will be running a Sunday Fall League here at ODU starting September 14th. This 6-week Fall League is open to any and all 8th graders through 12th graders.
There will be 60 total spots for this league, as players will be separated into 4 teams of 15 kids. Each team will be coached by an ODU coach or an ODU player.
Every Sunday players will play in one of the two games starting at 11:30 and 1:00. The first game each Sunday will get a practice session on the field/lecture about a different area of baseball; hitting, infield play, bunting, throwing actions, base running and over all team drills.
The benefit of this league is not only to play at ODU each weekend; but also to help players learn proper fundamentals to help improve their game. Each player will come out of this league having learned drills and techniques that they can work on in the off-season. Below is a basic schedule for camp:

The dates for camp are as follows:
September 14th, 21st, 28th.
October 5th, 12th, 19th.
