ST. MARY'S, Md. - Old Dominion University sailing ended the 2014 season with an 11th place finish at the APS Team Race National Championships that finished up tomorrow at St. Mary's.
The Monarchs pulled off wins over UC Santa Barbara, Wisconsin, Texas A&M Galveston and Washington for the 11th place spot.
Jacob Spracher, Joseph David, Esteban Forrer and Daniel Lochner performed as skippers while Chloe Constats, Katelyn Talley, Julia Wiesner, Gabriel Smith and Colin Voigt were the crew.
Yale won the championship with a weekend race record of 22-3.
