KING’S POINT, N.Y. – Old Dominion University sailing continued its strong weekend’s with a fourth place showing at the America Trophy Conference Championship Regatta over the weekend, marking the fourth-straight weekend the Monarchs have pulled off a top-five finish.
The Division A team of Esteban Forrer, Julia Wiesner and Gabriel Smith put forth one of their top performances of the year, garnering 10 top-five finishes while earning seven wins, including winning two of their final three races.
In Division B, Andrea Luna, Daniel Lochner, Chloe Constants and Rachel Austin added three top-five finishes to cap the overall fourth place finish.
