ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Old Dominion University sailing earned a fourth place finish at the Truxton Umsted Intersectional Regatta over the weekend.
ODU placed in the top-seven in all divisions for the fourth place overall finish.
The Division A squad of Esteban Forrer, Julia Wiesner and Gabriel Smith took third in the division earning six top-five finishes. They earned a top-five finish in each of their last four races of the day.
Andrea Luna, Chloe Constants and Rachel Austin finished seventh in Division B. The trio featured seven top-five finishes.
Daniel Lochner grabbed a sixth place finish in the single-handed Division C by taking three top-fives while Nathan Fields was third in Division D, taking a team-high eight top-five finishes that included three wins and three second place runs.
