NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University football held its annual Pro Day in front of 14 NFL scouts as nine former Monarchs worked out on a windy, rainy Tuesday afternoon.
In less than ideal conditions former Monarchs Jarod Brown, T.J. Cowart, John Darr, Colby Goodwyn, Alex Johnson, Jack Lowney, Paul Morant, D.J. Morrell and Marquel Thomas performed in front of the scouts.
The players performed such drills as the vertical jump, bench press, broad jump, 40-yard dash, shuttle and 3-cone drill.
Several players, including D.J. Morrell, Jack Lowney and Jarod Brown were chosen to perform positional drills by the scouts.
The Monarchs will resume spring practice tomorrow with the first full pad workout of the year. Check back to ODUSports.com
