NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University sailing took part in three events over the weekend, taking sixth at the St. Mary’s Women’s Intercollegiate, 10th at the Graham Hall Team Race at Navy and second at the Washington College Team Race.

At St. Mary’s, the Monarchs finished sixth overall.  The Division A team of Andrea Luna, Chloe Constants and Alexa Cavalieri earned six top-two finishes, including a pair of wins, while the Division B team of Corina Radtke, Jill Fattibene and Alexa Cavalieri had five top-five finishes, and won the final race of the day.

ODU finished 10th at the Graham Hall Team Race by winning five of the last six races.  Esteban Forrer, Jacob Spracher, Daniel Lochner and Joseph David were the skippers while Julia Wiesner, Katelyn Talley, Gabriel Smith and Colin Voigt were the crew.

The Monarchs earned a second place finish at the Washington College team race, earning a record of 10-5 on the day.  The skippers were Rachel Austin, Lee Dumaliang and Ethan Lounsbury, while the crew was Grace Mason, Cady Johnson and Kaylie Gallagher.
