Q: What made you want to come to ODU, besides baseball? I came here because I was raised close by and I have family in the area as well! I really liked the coaches when I first met them too.
Q: What’s one thing fans don’t know about Coach Finwood? Coach Finwood is a very dedicated coach who wants the best for his players. He thinks about us before he thinks about himself.
Q: What’s your favorite food? Shepherd’s pie
Q: Who do you room with on the road, and what is it like rooming with him? P.J Higgins is my roommate on the road and he is a great guy and a good friend.
Q: What game(s) are you looking forward to most this season? GA Tech, Rice, FAU, FIU
Q: What’s the best thing about road trips? What’s the worst thing? Playing in different atmospheres. The worst thing is balancing homework and baseball.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do besides play baseball? I like fishing, working out, hanging out with family and listening to music.
Q: What music do you listen to before games? Country
Q: Do you have any game day superstitions? If so, what? I have to put my left sock on, right sock on, left shoe and then right shoe. I swing a certain amount of times on the on deck circle.
Q: What is your favorite pro sports team? Favorite pro athlete? New York Yankees. My favorite athlete is Josh Hamilton because of his story.
Q: What are you majoring in, or plan to major in? I’m majoring in Sports Management.
Q: If you could have dinner with any three people, past or present, who would they be? My grandfather, Jackie Robinson, and Ray Lewis.
