Tonight’s game will be televised by WITN and shown on Cox 114 in Hampton Roads and on channel 110 in the West Point, New Kent, King and Queen area.. The announcers will be Adam Witten with the play-by-play and former Chattanooga and VCU head coach Mack McCarthy will be providing the color.
SERIES VS. EAST CAROLINA The former rivals in the CAA now meet in C-USA. ODU leads the series which began in 1966-67, 36-14. The Monarchs have won the last four, and six of the last seven, including a 63-58 win in the 2011-12 season at ODU. ODU last beat ECU in Greenville in 2010-11 season, 81-68.
ECU leads C-USA in field goal percentage (.477), 3-point field goal percentage (.393) and are second in the league in the league in scoring at 84.5. ECU's senior Akeem Richmond leads the league in scoring at 20.0 points per game, and averages 5.1 three-pointers made per game. Brandon Stith, son of ODU assistant coach Bryant Stith is second in C-USA in rebounding at 9.5 per game.

ODU shot .444 from the floor to Mason’s .392. both teams made more free throws than field goals in the game. ODU was 28-46 from the line with 20 field goals made and Mason was 24-32 from the line with 20 field goals made.
