NORFOLK, Va. - ODUSports.com and Monarch Media present this weeks Wrestling Technique of the Week, which gives fans a chance to learn more about the sport of wrestling.
Wrestling Technique of the Week- Arm Shrug
This week's technique features redshirt sophomore wrestler, Devin Geoghegan (165). In the video Geoghegan demonstrates how to properly execute an Arm Shrug. A native of Kenilworth, N.J., Geoghegan is 9-12 this season, while putting up three falls. Geoghegan placed 6th at the Wolfpack Open at 157 pounds earlier this year.
Old Dominion hosts Northern Illinois Friday, January 31 at 7:30 p.m. The Monarchs also host Central Michigan University Sunday, February 2 at 1:00 p.m.
