NORFOLK, Va. - ODUSports.com and Monarch Media present this weeks Wrestling Technique of the Week, which gives fans a chance to learn more about the sport of wrestling.
Wrestling Technique of the Week- Front Headlock
This week's technique features redshirt freshman wrestler, Lucas Ryan (285). In the video Ryan demonstrates how to properly execute a Front Headlock. A native of Mount Jackson, Va., Ryan began this season 5-1 and has two fall victories, including an impressive performace at the Citadel Open. Ryan went 21-14 as a redshirt last season while competing unattached, which included a second place finish at the Clarion Open.
