NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University kicker Jarod Brown was named honorable mention Kicker of the Week by College Football Performance Awards, the CFPA announced on Monday.
Brown kicked field goals from 37 and 40 yards in ODU’s setback at North Carolina, and also successfully converted an onsides kick.
For his career, Brown graduates as ODU’s leader in extra points and field goals made, and also has the four longest field goals in school history, including a 52 and 54-yarder this season. Last year, Brown set the FCS record for most extra points made in a season without a miss, going 73-for-73.
