CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Rachel Eckert took third in the three-meter dive while the men’s 800-meter freestyle relay team finished fourth at the Nike Cup at UNC on Friday.
After winning the one-meter dive on Thursday, Eckert finished third in the three-meter dive with 282.50 points.
The men’s 800 freestyle relay team of Vitor Sa, Sidni Hoxha, Bernardo Figuiredo and Nick Hooper finished in fourth place with a time of 6:42.15
In the A Final of the 100-meter freestyle, Hoxha finished in sixth with a time of 1:39.42. Sa finished ninth overall and won the B final with a time of 1:39.71.
Jacob Zeidler took 11th overall and third in the B Final of the 100 breast stroke while Sa was 11th overall and third in the 100 butter fly.
The final day of the Nike Cup begins tomorrow with the preliminaries at 10 a.m. and the finals at 6 p.m.
