ODUSports.com and Monarch Media present a weekly Monarch Spotlight that gives fans a chance to learn more about their favorite student-athletes at Old Dominion. The latest installment of Monarch Spotlight narrows in on redshirt senior women’s soccer player, Meghan Cozens.
Meghan Cozens reigns from nearby Chesapeake, Va. and attended Hickory High School, where she was All-State Honorable Mention in soccer and went to state’s for cross-country and track. Cozens plays midfield for head coach Joe Pereira and his Lady Monarchs.
The Lady Monarchs will be back in action Friday night, October 25 at 8 p.m., (EST) as they take on Rice in Houston, Texas. Then on Sunday, October 27, Old Dominion will be in Hattiesburg, Miss., for a 1 p.m. start against Southern Miss in ODU’s last road match of the 2013 season.
