NORFOLK, Va. - No. 62 Old Dominion University men's tennis takes on former CAA rival James Madison in the final home match of the season on Saturday, April 6.
The Monarchs will honor seniors Albert Ochagavia and Alfredo Rodriguez.
The Monarchs come into the weekend with a 12-5 mark while JMU is 6-9 on the season.
Carlos Lopez Villa leads the Monarchs with a 15-1 mark in singles while junior Wesley Barrett is second on the team with 11 wins while Albert Ochagavia and Zvonimir Podvinski each have 10 years.
The Dukes are led by Ryan Pool is on 9-6 on the year while Robert Stirling is second on the squad with 8-6.
In his ODU career, Ochagavia has 51 career singles wins and 41 doubles victories. He earned All-CAA honors in singles as a sophomore and All-Conference honors in doubles as a junior as well as ITA Scholar-Athlete honors. Rodriguez has 29 singles wins in his career and 35 victories in doubles competition.
Old Dominion ends the season on the road at UNC Wilmington and William and Mary.
