NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University football added Tyler Burns for the fall of 2013, ODU Head Coach Bobby Wilder announced on Wednesday. Burns is a guard from Norwalk, Calif., and is the 25th student-athlete that will join ODU in the fall.
"We are excited to add Tyler Burns to our incoming class. Tyler was a solid player on a very good Cerritos team in 2012. He is a good athlete for his size and shows an ability to play with leverage, which is hard for a taller lineman to do consistently," Wilder said. "He will follow in a growing number of outstanding offensive lineman that we have recruited from California. We are happy to have Tyler joining our family."
