HAMPTON, Va. - Old Dominion University women's basketball head coach Karen Barefoot will be the special guest of the Peninsula Sports Club on Wednesday, April 18.
The event is a night with Karen Barefoot and it will be held at the Boo Williams Complex. The night begins at 6 p.m. with refreshments followed by the main program at 7 p.m.
Barefoot completed her first season with the Lady Monarchs this season, helping Ashley Betz-White to CAA Rookie of the year honors while Betz-White and Hall earned All-Rookie team honors. Senior Tia Lewis earned All-CAA accolades while Mairi Buchan was named First-Team All-Academic.
