COLUMBIA, S.C. - Old Dominion University women's tennis fell at No. 35 South Carolina 7-0 Sunday afternoon in Columbia.
South Carolina won the doubles point with wins at all three doubles spots.
The Gamecocks swept the singles as well as No. 45 Anya Morgina defeated Diana Ivanova 6-2, 6-2 while No. 82 Jacklin Alawi defeated Aleksandra Mtrovska at number two singles.
Melissa Esnal Olguin was unable to get on track at No. 3, falling to Dominika Popova while Nika Khmolovska fell at No. 4.
The Lady Monarchs are back in action when they host Columbia March 24 at 11 a.m.
