ST. THOMAS, VIRGIN ISLANDS - Old Dominion University women's basketball spent Thanksgiving break in the Virgin Islands for the Paradise Jam Tournament.
On the court, ODU picked up their first win of the season as Becca Allison nailed a jumper with 1.2 seconds left to give ODU a 77-76 win over Alabama. Tia Lewis led the way with a career-best 27 points while Ashley Betz-White added 20.
Off the court, the Lady Monarchs enjoyed their time as well, going on a snorkeling tour as well as a sky lift ride.
