NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University women's basketball is in full swing right now. The Lady Monarchs are in their second week of practice and looking forward to the opener on Nov. 11 against Virginia Tech.
ODUSports.com caught up with head coach Karen Barefoot on how practice was going and the upcoming busy weekend.
The Lady Monarchs also went to Larchmont Elementary school on Wednesday to participate in the "Lets Jump" Event.
